Why when i want access VOD( Video on Demand) They keep saying VOD Server not found. I asked their technician they send someone here to help than they change my Hubstation everything fine. Than Today i try go again Cannot. Why ah?

I used to have those problems. I called Starhub and they instruct me to unplug(unscrew) the cable from the (switched off) hubstation & the cable outlet on the wall. Wait a few minutes and then reconnect. After that, no problems at all but on some periods, it may take a while to load the screen.....that's all.
