15,000 lost from bank account

My Bank Account in OCBC has suddenly lost 15k without reason
speaking to the officer, he told me that he will check and tell me in a few working days
i don't remember spenting that amount of money because i never even use that money before.. (the money is lost by transfer)
Did anyone has the same situation as i have?

is that single name acct?
no reason money will be lost...someone has taken it..

Go online to search for transaction records ??
Maybe transfer to other accounts ....
I only heard banks lose money but not steal money....

my wife don't even know i got this account
that account like i never even touch it before..
all the ang bao money from young to big all there.. (before that was in UOB)
never took out 1 cent before
account open in 2003

Check and update your latest bank statement and you should be able to see where the money went. Why do you need to ask the officer to check for you and get back to you in a few working days?Especially when you're so overly agitated over the 15k, shouldn't you be doing something more?
