Any solvent / chemical that can dissolve those guck that had been stuck inside the sewage pipe under the kitchen sink since the beginning of time ?
My one is stuf untill water will flow out
tried poking the things, but the residues have hardened
wat my mother do is use a mysterious spring like metal thingy.. around 1-2m metal spring with hook on the side.. then she poke poke the thingy into the pipe and pull out
then got thing flow out together with the spring, the thing is like mysterious giant black mucus with a smell smellier than gabbage...
keep doing this for very long until the mysterious mucus start to flow out very little.. or until u are happy then u can stop..
well it has been few years since my mother do it.. she say only do it like once every few years.. so maybe some details i may leave out..
note: the mysterious giant black mucus is oily, hard to grab, disgusting and smelly.. be prepared to face those thingy..
o sorry i didnt see the sentence "tried poking.. residue harden.." nvm i just leave my previous post there..

go buy urself a bottle of drain opener!
that should do the job nut remember to get rid of excess water.
drain opener will contain hydrochloric acid or sulfuric acid that will remove those hardden oil
Drano to clear pipes..
or
Plumber's Snake to smash through the gunk

Here is a cheaper alternative along with some other advices. Drano seems to be a bad idea according to a few of the guys over there.
