  Wait no further and request for cancellation with full refund as per CVC's advice not to deal with CCS.

  Email address is correct but I have no idea why your message did not go thru.

  I was contacted by Concepts Club Services yesterday and made an appointment to meet them this afternoon after they told me that no fees would be incurred on my part to recover the $ paid for my timeshare.

  However, something made me google the company and i found this forum - thank goodness I did.  I called the mobile number which was used to sms me the details of today's appointment and as expected there was no reply.  Does anyone have the contact details of CCS?

  They called me back to rearrange another appointment.  I told the caller that i had read about CCS in this forum.  She had the cheek to tell me not to believe everything I read online and that people were able to write anything they wanted to.

  I went on to say that it also appeared on CVC website, advising members NOT to deal with CCS.  She tried to explain that it was Concepts Travel that CVC had warned members about, and again told me not to believe everything i read online.

  I told her to go to CVC website, have a look at it, and call me back if it wasn't CCS that they were referring to..  

  They haven't called me back since! How do these people sleep at night??

  I received calls from CCS for the last 2 weeks pestering me to go to their office. I have an appointment with them this afternoon. According to a person called Michael, I do not have to bring any documents, just bring my IC and I can sign out for my cheque. This is good to be true but after reading the comments from this forum, I may just change this appointment to a good afternoon nap.
