   All the time I see numbers (14-14) (14-41) (1444 4) (4 -14) all more frequently at his watch, and everywhere else too, all the time accidentally. What it means?

  if u r the girl (since u said "his watch"), maybe ur other half is trying to hint the magical numbers "1" and "4" asking you to accept his "anything (eg. marriage proposal etc)"?   does "1" and "4" reminds you of your anything?  where else are the prominent places that he managed to recreate these numbers for you to see?

  From a capsule at a Primary school compound, it was buried about a century ago where the then childrens wrote or draw on a piece of paper for the next century childrens, which is the present, to reopen and read about it.

  You can choose to ignore it or if you want to be superstitious, go pray and be vigilant and attentive to your surroundings.. Sometimes it can be as simple as a fall to the ground or as dangerous as a car accident, both touchwood. For me, I will choose to be more vigilant, until I feel it's safe. Just my 2 cents, don't want can return to me, :P

  I happen to have the same experience as you three years back.
  However during my age at that time i was too naive and thought that they were just coincidence.
