Kissing and hugging in the public, is it against the law?

Noticed a few posts about couples hugging and kissing in the public. Also the photos and videos taken of them caught in the act. Is this act punishable under the law? Those people who take those videos and photos, if they submit it to the police/authorities, will they go looking for the couples so as to arrest them? I'm sorry if i sound stupid or freaked out, just share with me your knowledge :) thank you.

didnt get caught by any stomper.. me and a friend met outside a swimming complex, she was in a swimsuit but covered with a black cloth. i was in proper clothing. we got touchy, hugged each other and i gave her dry kisses. i left for the car park but she followed me, we hugged and gave dry kisses again. then an old man nearby started starring at us. he just finished jogging and was cooling down but kept starring. i asked my friend to leave and drove off. before i left i noticed a sign saying "area under camera surveillence". kinda freaked out about the whole incident, what if the old man complained to police? what if the camera caught us? but we were just lightly hugging, dry kissing on cheeks and we both were clothed. am i in trouble with the law? told my friend, she is just laughing it off. so i thought i'll ask you guys. please put my mind at ease

i ran my finger once on her cleavage and kissed it softly, i stopped after that but she wanted more. that's when i asked her to leave because the old man was there. but once she left and i was preparing to leave, old man also walked away... you guys seem more interested in the touchy part but i'm worried about getting caught by police/court

i'm not a troll.. i've been damn worried for the past two days, freaking out that there might be police anytime at my doorstep to catch me. but i checked the different acts/law, it is only obscene if private part is exposed or sexual acts are committed. so far no couple have been charged for hugging and kissing in public

yeah but i dont know why i'm so freaked out, that camera sign and old man make me seem to be in trouble.. but i'm ok right? if someone can reassure then i'll try to stop worrying
