Well, living in this stressful, fast-paced environment sure makes people drained out and loss their motivation from time to time.
Some may turn to their family members and of course their love ones.. But for people like me probably it seems that being alone would be a way to get away from all the stress.. I've been visiting East Coast Park and sit down there for a few hours and think of nothing.. Usually I'll get better a little... However, it has been a lot of people going there for gathering, BBQ etc... Any other suggestions any where safe to go to destress or 're-charged' myself again?

Sleep. It's the best medicine.
Or look for a place where people makes you laugh.

Nothing like waking up early in the morning knowing everyone else have to go to work/school but you dont..
On days like these just head down to coffee bean & tea leaf or starbucks for breakfast with a scenic view and just people watch loh..... can be your local prata stall also as long as it suits your criteria.................Some "big" shopping malls or those along orchard are very quiet during weekdays morning too........
I used to like the Mcdonalds at King Albert park...then I got bored with the scenery..mostly traffic -_-~~~
Breakfast at restaurants near garden by the bay isn't too bad on weekdays..........

Was intending to stay in sg since I'll be alone...

Depending how long you want to do that whether for afew hours or 1 to 2 days. Try Pulau Ubin....you can go morning and return to the mainland late afternoon or you erect your own tent at the free campsites and overnight there, then return to the mainland the next day.
Pulau Ubin will be a good one though... However, it's rather dangerous to go alone... But I really like the idea of going there.. =)
Go spa to destress

I think is safer than mainland Singapore. You can pitch your own tent on the beach on one of the two beaches for campsite. Or you sleep at the accomodation provided for visitors. http://www.pulauubin.com.sg/

Go sign up and join Club Med. Plenty of choices to go. Stress free... when u opt to remove all electronic devices during your stay.
there is a place near the tuas checkpoint area. You can swim and dine together or take a short walk out to the jetty and enjoy the sound of the wave. The jetty is slightly different, it's not barrier up, so if you dare, you sit by the edge but not sure if you are allowed to.

so you need to exercise and purge out the toxin…
need vigorous exercise to purge it out unless you know kung fu to purge it out without exercise just like how Guo Jing did for Xiao Long Niu.
Great... Anyway, I did that though, the last long weekend... Really nice.. Especially to run along ECP though it rained half way.. However, it really feels great despite of the rain.. =)
I've read a book and it encourages us to wake up one hour earlier daily to do the things you want to... I tried and proven effective... Felt that emotions are much being controlled now.. Especially the air in the morning is superb! =)
