  Hi folks. Can part timer dun want cpf contriubtion. ? Like working few days , pay btw 500-800?

   

  Is it a must to give CPF. plus..is it 20% contribution? Thanks

  yes, that is if your pay is the minimum sum that is required for contribution.

  I think its up to the co. or employer...last mth I went to interview 4 the post of security guard, they 1 me to contribute even 4 the ot pay of 3 bucks but when I tried for the post of kitchen helper last week, they don't need me to contribute.

  Unless you are in a piece rate work industry. Like seamstresses, home-based employees etc, then unlikely you will received CPF contribution of 20% out of your gross salary and 16% from your employer.
