Audience wise - you have to write it so that the layman can understand it.
My sister asked me to help her with it - we are going for a different perspective.
Basically the whole essay competition is not solely about solving the problems, it is about them knowing what the next generation thinks. They are in need of ideas to placate the unhappy population - that is what I think anyways. Think of it as a chance to get your voice and suggestions heard . -
