  No, not allowed. Such acts if performed (by the monastic) requires confession and repentance to the sangha/community.

  Marriage has many pains but celibacy has no pleasures.

  There was a period when I was an involuntary celibate( no girlfriend yet), the prick was so itchy that I had to do something. What do you think of monks who vonlunteer?

  Don't take a vow of celibacy for fun. It won't work in most cases
