Spending money overseas is good, it will help ease the inflation in Singapore. Give them a list of the Christmas presents and ask them to buy from overseas and bring them back.

You remind me of this macabre joke.
There were 3 men, John, Jack and Jay, stranded on a deserted island in the middle of nowhere.
One day they found a magic lamp and released the genie trapped inside. The grateful genie then granted them each one wish. John, who had a family and missed them, instantly asked to be transported back to them. *POOF!* A happy John reunited with his family.
Jack too had a familly and missed them, and ask for the same wish. *POOF!* A happy Jack reunited with his family.
Then came Jay's turn. He asked for his wish just before the genie disappeared.
*POOF!*, *POOF!* An astonished JOhn and Jack reappeared back on the island.
Jay had no familly and no one else in the real world. His wish was for John and Jack to keep him company on the island!----------------

Right please give us more examples of Chtachak the rice farmer, his situation is sooooo relevant to our situation. We are living in a high cost of living society and the high costs is artificially generated by dishonorable despots making policies that are self-serving and benefiting their own relatives, cronies and dogs.

with so many singaporeans working in sales and retail lines LOCALLY what do you would happened if enough people were to follow your golden advice . its practically a course of action that hurts the people first and then the govt, not about helping people

A landslide victory by the opposition now would be counter productive, they aren't ready to take over. They would fumble around for the next 8 years and hurt their own cause.
Not to mention there is no single opposition party strong enough, so if they win it would be a coalition of opposition parties taking over. I don't think i have to bring up how messy that would get.
But losing a GRC or 2 would be a good wake up call for the PAP.
