So? You kaopeh that you want to help Singaporeans but end up harming Singaporeans with your useless advice. First things first, Singaporean shopkeepers are not the Singapore government. If you are for the Singaporeans, then make sure your vote allows a capable and responsible government comes in through an election. Otherwise, your words are nothing more than a bag full of wind.

How long can SIngaporeans hoard? What is the emergency reason for hoarding? HOarding is usually done to 2 years maximum while plans are made to leave the country for better places elsewhere. (like the Vietnamese refugees) Which university qualified doctor wants to hold a menial cleaner's job? Foreigners are here for a reason. Planning and saving is meant for a poor economy and hoarding is meant for emergencies like war and civil wars.
