You are just an expendable cog in the machinery of the MNC, which was proven when you left and a Malaysian took over. The MNC still exist and would be doing just as well without you.

In Singapore you are a techie. You cannot rise without papers. Forged degrees would get you a jail sentence, even when submitted to a private company. In Oz, may be they are more lenient, at most only give you the boot when found out.

Today my mood good as usual, share with you more of what an electrical engineer here really does
Here, I create and maintain softwares that stress and test devices for their overall reliability, effectiveness, speed, as well as ensure that the fabrication plant and assembly plant did not make any mistake in creating and packaging the devices. All those must be done with customer in mind, ensuring that quality is not compromised in any of the actions we take or the production SOP.
That's a general picture. To be more effective, one would have to go deeply into understand how electrical currents work, how each test or stress would fit into the general picture, so that we can edit or reduce the testing time, or come out with a more effective testing methology.
Yet another job scope which is super important is the reduction of testing time. Every hour that can be cut from testing (starting from 100+ hours, reduce to eventually 15 hours) will be able to increase the throughput of the company, directly impacting the company's profits and revenue. Why? Because production capacity can then increase without much additional increase to costs.
And yet another job scope is engineering support to the other departments within the company. We have engineers that deal directly with the product circuitry and design, engineers that deal with capacity management, engineers that deal with quality control and customers.
That's basically a summary of a portion of my job scope

yer job duties dont match up with jobs in spore......uand why tell me now???why not on that day???u finally got someone to tell u???and why didnt they get decent equipment???u want me to test u on quality control too???there are a few places that dun make sense...like yer current and software...any real engineer one look at this already know yer lying again...current and software is never seperated....if it is...then u must be from malaysia or india.
