if the car you see is not yours, why bother to fix it? even you scrap it, the residual value doesn't go to you, why bother? incenerate the car and you will be fined for arson by the police, sued by the owner for destroying his property.

Over the last 1 month, I have increased my passive dividend income by another average $150 per month. With some rights issue and warrants conversion coming up, I should be able to achieve average $1k dividends by end of year. Not too bad since I'm only going to be 27 soon I guess :)
My monthly expenditure lesser than that actually. Should have the ability to retire before 35 if I want to in Sg. Knowing maths well and playing with the power of percentages is a boon.
Make sure you shop at David Jones in Aussie ok? I might be increasing my holdings soon in that particular REIT.

End of year will be even better. Preliminary calculations put the amount to be about $3k. Meanwhile, it's entertainment to see you yakking away to yourself.
I will post here again when I achieved the average $1k per month divvy I planned. That's equivalent to 3 plates of $5 chicken rice a day for 2 people. But as you know, most meals here aren't even $5.

progress in spore is hard:
1)as 50% of engineering safe materials type i require are exclusive and hard to get...even if its mail ordered.
2)enviroment is not conducive to innovation and progress from neighbours above who hammer your ceiling from morning to night 24 hrs /day 7 days a week. the police and hdb are of no use.and the mp it seems from problems of others similar to mine seems to be of no help either.
3)Ippt from army hampers my progress in innovation,design,experimentation,testing and quality control.
with my expertise...a $800k/year into my bank account is good enough for my engineering project.....only need a few years to get $3mil.worse is i innovate the same engineering product and it would still sell.
i have checked the market in the past n its a new thing.....and the one currently selling it is fully sold out n needs to reserve products.they i see have some enginnering issues which isnt an issue with me.
i have progressed 90% prototype construction with 10% quality control issues to be eliminated in australia with point 1,2 and 3 eliminated.in spore getting the materials would have been a back breaking job as those materials seem to be exclusive only to certain people.its just normal safe engineering materials that no smart person in spore knows how to use it.its unconventional but its cheap and produce the results i want.results now couldnt be better.
i need this funds to go into a few very interesting engineering projects of mine to produce more $$$$.
whether i have smoked salmon or alaskan crabs for breakfast is a lot better than having stale nasi beriyani in spore.
and for food...singappore food at local hawker centre is rather expensive the last time i went back to spore.my nasi lemak(nasi lemak rice, fried lung,egg,big fish) was $7 already at local downstairs coffeeshop....and old mansion i lived in still has no food centres at walkable distance.

Cool to hear. You should be ahead of me when I was at your age :)
Right now, I have recurrent income (after servicing debt) of $2k/mth. Next year, I have a new investment starting its recurrent income, estimate to have >$2k/mth after servicing of debt. In 10 years, my target is to hit $7000/mth, and then I can happily relax and work on things that I want to do :)
I am realistic and contented, not interested in earning millions, just interested in recurrent income that can support my lifestyle :)
