ya, buddy didnt join me, i was with another grp of frens...but hmmm, buddy we can try next time.....ANA hotel the room only $80 per nite, suite $120....tho the location abit ulu lah......
perhaps later i'll drop by chinatown to collect something, but think i'll not go there during new year.....enuff of the squeezing...esp when the weather so damn hot! tmr also, i think i'll stay at home after dinner, it's fun kuey sio at chinatown lah, but it's difficult to get home after midnite leh.....
this yr all the activities at chinatown ah? tot usually there's some carnival near marina sq? there is got fireworks wan....think tat's the only part i'd enjoy.....
there shd also be some shops open thru out cny ba, coz of the bad economy.....i know hmv will be open....one of my frens' mum runs a western foodstall, they're keeping their stall open thruout cny, to earn the $$ lor......so going out even on chu1 shdnt be a prob.
me ah, aiya, usual boring visiting stuff lor....then everytime settle in some1's place liao, start watching tv and getting to exciting part of the show liao, then gotta move on to anther relative hse. worst part is coz my family 5 members, take cab also difficult...last time young can still squeeze, now either take 2 or take mrt...... -

bbb I also not say very onz CNY, just that the goodies and angpaos pretty much make up the not-so-fun parts. I this year still can take angpaos so not so sianz yet hehee... I go Chinatown see firecrackers is 2nd priority, topmost is to grab the goodies at heavily discounted prices! LoL really sound so auntie, buay tahan..

buddy, there was a reverse bungee jumping in clarke quay for quite sometime, but one ride costs u $20 leh! i saw it oredi, but swing for less than 2 min, then come down liao, very exp leh, so i didnt go n take; dun tink the germany one gonna be cheap anyways, so i'd give it a miss.

Went visiting today..grandma and aunties' house..slightly better than past years..tho still boring lolz..
I have a new cousin!!! She is so talkative, so active, so cute! Very beautiful and round eyes..Our first time seeing her. She juz joined my uncle's family last September..She did add joy to this year's CNY..So cute leh..She came to me and sat on my lap..haha..took a pic with her..sure she is a younger cousin that I will dote on..I dun have cousins younger than me..she is the only one!!
Very tired leh...wana zzzZzZzz... -
3 consecutive days of mahjong, really tired me out...haha actually our friends all had plans after visiting our house, but think all too gian mj liao so ended up they cancelled their plans and concentrated on recouping their losses! But it was certainly tiring to stare at the tiles for hours and hours for the 3 days...long time no play liao mah hahaa...
I also enjoyed my steamboat best Yummy! The CNY goodies also filled me up a lot, plus sitting for hours in front of mj table, soooo unhealthy...plus so irritating all the radio stations keep playing the CNY songs... 
So sad the break over liao...sigh, back to reality and hardships...sianzzz

i can't rem much abt the cny, except for food and tv, and i dun even rem wat crap i've been watching, lol, did alot of channel surfing...
the most enjoyable part was watching my two young niece and nephew fight with each other for toys, food and attention.....kids are really interesting, and it's even more interesting when they learn to speak and walk...my nephew never stops running around the house..and tho he doesnt speak, he understands perfectly wat u're talking abt, so if u say something abt him, he'll scream and shout, tat's telling u, hey stop talking bad abt me!!
and whenever he sees an altar, he'll put his hands together to make tat praying action, i asked his mum, he does this to every altar he sees? his mum said, as long as u put 3 oranges on a plate, he'll start to do bai bai......
as for my little niece, haha, this young girl picks up language much faster than her cousin, and i guess she kept my whole family very happie by her extremely accurate pronounciation of greetings and her 'po po', 'gong gong', 'mama', 'gongxi gongxi' etc etc...... and she loves to carry her mum's bags, and carries it with style! but she's damn smart, she took my bro's hp to play, i told my bro to exchange the fake one, (which looked exactly like 8310 except for the lights) with her, well, she refused to, bcoz she knew tat wasnt a real phone, of coz in the end she cried and cried, until we gave her some titbits.... -

I'M SICK!!!! Alamak..what a headache! Got sorethroat (serve me right, eat too much la!) and flu (not my fault leh)..aiyoooo..feeling terrible right now...so sleepy..haven't see doctor, really could not concentrate in class..I live in my own world..do my own work..hardly see me so 'retarded' before..haiz!!!

Hello! Guess everyone is busy ba, no time to post message?
I am on 2 days medical leave..sick lor..today is second day. What happened to me? Got a cold..everytime I go to the doctor, he surely say this to me "nothing much, you got a cold." Yet this time is more serious. It leads to gastric and intestinal discomfort. Yday when I woke up, I had a very bad tummyache..so painful that I could not even sit still. Medicine I took makes my mouth very dry..nothing much to do at home, just resting and sleeping..
Weather not good recently hor...kept raining...take care of yourselves ar..feels terrible to be sick. -

Didn't catch JieQi on Sat because was away with in-laws. Hope I can catch his program this Sat...so busy since before CNY until now, plus I also sick (bbb you're not alone ah!), sore throat, feverish...think the full blow will come soon, the symptoms all there...sigh...

and Hajime, bbb, please take care of yourself. I got a remedy for cough which I have recommended to my gf too. Take a teaspoon of good grade honey and let it slide down your throat. dun drink water immediately after that. also, drink lots of water. its quite effective.
And yes bbb, its chinese valentine's. I just came back from "shang yue" with my dear dear.
poor bbb...dun worry. tis the season of love, i'm sure everything will turn out all right.

Hehehe..I wrote to JieQi before..telling him how much me and my buddy love to eat that..lol..and I was so sad that it closed down in Tiong Bahru..the place where we used to buy often..then now it's reopnened again...yeah! I visited mr bean website..lol...how come no feedback column!!! I wanted to feedback you know? I want to ask them to cater delivery service!!! Hahaha...then I can have it for breakfast with my family mah..dun have to travel...Well, my fav ingredient is Sesame!!! Yup..Black Sesame..too bad they dun have lor..why ar..why they dun come out with yam, sesame, redbean etc ar? Those stalls at hawker centres are selling so well! And btw, the tang yuan dou hua @ Bukit merah taste nicer! I have been really quiet... a new year with a crazy schedule, corporate restructuring on my end, a lacklustre Chinese New Year, sparks of economic recovery doused by the aviarian flu... at last some relief in the form of Saturday afternoons with Jieqi. But alas, they have to slot in the jing hua zai xian stuff smack right in the beginning of Jieqi's session.

I like Huang Lei leh! In fact, after watching his <>, I started buying all his albums I like "Bian Zou Bian Chang" too, he is so droolable in the mtv!!! sometimes I dedicate this song in ktv just to drool at him and on the analog to "duet" with him *dreamz* His last album...can't remember the title, something about "wen1 xue2", it was all winter-white with a short hair Huang Lei on the cover. There is a duet which I like by him and Zeng Bao Yi (whom I don't like) "Bing Dian Yu Fei Dian".
This V-Day going to be sianz for me with my hubby in reservist and won't be back on that day Sigh...Hope at least JieQi is on air so I can listen to his songs to "liao2 shang1"...
