ok I just found out yesterday that my gf has been sleeping with a good friend of mine ( well now ex-friend )
she confessed to me the whole affair and wants me to forgive her... what should I do ??
Needless to say I am shattered, heart broken and pissed off with her and my ex-friend
I still love her but I just cant forgive
so how ??

Its up to you whether you want to retain this relationship or not. It depends on your heart, and whether you will continue to trust her, in that she will not do things like this again.
If your love and trust cannot/will never be recovered, then i suggest you give it up, you're wasting everyone's time.
But if you think you love her enough, and that you still trust her, (slowly through time), then i would suggest you continue the relationship.
Everyone make mistakes, but not everyone can forgive. -
Could you have neglected her? Have you done anything wrong to her? Or is she the flirtatious kind by nature? And did you find out about the affair? She told you herself or you found out by yourself?
In my opinion, once a gal starts to sleep with another guy, the depth of love for you is highly considerable. She felt insecurity from you and by sleeping with other guy, she can regain her confidence back. But if that guy is your friend, then I'm afraid you'll have to wave byebye to this relationship.
They are not respecting you! Move on dude... But if you think you can tolerate, then carry on. But the question is how long?

shld i suggest you have a good talk with her, asking her why she do that. Izzit becos you are busy with your work and have neglect her or she is those who flirting type, well.. if she is the 2nd type, i think you should leave her. You cant be sure that after this incident, will she find someone else after sometimes.
