  In my opinion, don't do anything when a gal cries. Let her cry her heart out and she'll be fine after that. The more you console her, the more she feels like crying. Let her cry her heart out and everything will be fine after that...

  depends on who u are to her i guess.
  
  if u are a bf..wipe away her tears, give her a hug, pat pat her head...if you are the one who made her cry, be apologetic.
