ok, let me briefly analyse.
If i not wrong, you should be those quiet types, never socialise much...never go out much or look rather nerdy.
the reason why she looks back or wants to make friends with you is so that you could mix well with your friends and be a more open person and joke around and etc..
therefore, she may not like you. but that does not mean she will not like you if you change.
if you decide to woo her now, i can guarantee you that most prob you will fail. cuz she sort of have a compassion towards you only, not personnal like or love. you should show your leadership and spontaneouity in CCAs and excel in it and merge with your friends and be more out-going, there you may have a chance.

Tats precisely what I am doing now... but she isn't there to see it... I am working really hard, socialising like mad, being leader for every single project I get... just to get into the University so that I can see herfor that miserable 1 year because of NS...
