Maybe you don't know how many customers he managed to 'cheat' already. My friend is a hair stylist. And he taught me techniques on those dyeing - treatment - extra package with discount stuff.
Thank God that my friend is still ethical on his products.
You can be fair to the rest of the potiential customers by stopping his acts once and for all.
As i've said CASE will investigate.
Word of Mouth and 'Rumours' are unethical too.
Alternatively, If you want to effectively spread the good willed news to all...simply write up to Magazines and Newspaper. That's much ethical.
