I used to know plenty of gays and am still pretty close to a couple of them. I think what fireice said is correct, they need not worry about what people think about them. of course there are certain things that they should refrain from doing in public, but besides the need to be discreet in public, in private they can show all the love they want, to whoever they want, sexually or otherwise.
That said, at times, when i'm with them, they are sLutting themselves and perving at guys and screaming like the sisters they sometimes are, and it's all in good fun. we laugh and laugh and laugh. it's no wonder that these birds of the same feather certainly flock togehter, as strength is derived from unity. perhaps you could advice your friend to stick with pple that are like him, or at least with the pple (like yourself) that accept him.
of course we're not gonna talk about whether being homosexual is right or wrong. becos there has been many discussions here and elsewhere where people have blatantly condemned homosexuals. i dun think that's needed here, nor will i tolerate such lack of regard for our own kind - humanity. -
i dunno.. in my opinion, when ppl condemn homosexuals, it is almost like doing the same thing as the Americans, segregating the "whites" and "blacks". In a way, i think that ppl are against such things due to the lack of better understanding. afterall, aren't men and women still ppl in their own right? wat's wrong with having one person liking another person even though they are of the same gender... it's just a shell that has been so "stereotyped/normalized" and thus makes it odd i guess... anyway, i'm ranting but that's my view... i mean... if u love a person, does it matter wat race, religion and for that matter sex he/she is?
