All you have to do now is: -
1) Let her settle her feelings first.
2) Continue to keep in contact with her, but cut down on meeting her regularly or frequently. Best if you two can chat over the phone once in a while.
3) Go out, take some fresh air, and make more friends. In that way, you'll widen your social circle (including women too). Don't have to stick to the same girl all the time.
4) Repeat the above. Hehehe...
Oh, one more thing. If she gives you the excuse like not ready to have a relationship or so, most of the time, it clearly means that she's not attracted to you in the first place. So, I would advice you to stay out of her life and move on.
You may want to proceed with the 3 steps I've highlighted for you.. it's perfectly okay. Just that you do it at your own risk of breaking your own heart. The choice is yours.

but den..her close fren told mi..she say reject nt cos dun like mi..and frankly speaking she is still hurt by ex r/s..8mth is deep bonds my forumies..i took 6mth to forget and move on in life for a r/s which oni 6 days !! jus imagine how much pain she suffer for 8mth r/s

If she starts to avoid u, then forget it & move on, but if she still takes yr calls & remains friendly, then there is hope.
Give her some time to get over her ex. Meantime be caring & show your concern. Call often & get her to go out as frens.
Also keep yourself busy with lots of other activities so u don't get obsess with her.
When she gets used to all your attention, disappear for a while & see whether she misses u. If she does, then u have succeeded.
Girls can be fickle, a rejection may not be the end.
It depends on whether she has a good opinion of u. -
