hi everyone...i am a new forumate
i had a very big problem..
my gf..after 1 yr....decided to break off...the reason is...she wanna have fun, go out wif frends, n enjoy...she also found tat...i have been neglecting her...
i am in NS..everyday 8-5.30....she always wan to meet mi after i off from work..but i always ask her to go home 1st...as i really dun wan to tired her out..but she think is ..i dun wan meet her...
as time goes by...she got to been in contact wif an ex project lab mate..
tat guy...told my gf he like her...but during tat time...she was still wif mi..tats y she nv agreed..he started to take over my duty as a bf..n as my gf told mi...she was lonely...n need someone accompany...she said tat she won't go steady wif tat guy...but she can't promise mi she won't in the future..
now....she said....she wan to take a break....a vocation..to sort things out..n got to know more pple...then decide whether to return to mi onot..
i ask her she will be gone for how long...she said....she dun kno...
i really dun bear to lose her....after all she really is a very gd ger...i believe she suggest the break up is not becoz of tat guy...its juz tat...she find our relationship is getting plainer n plainer...
i spend 2-3 days trying to talk her into giving mi 1 more chance....but her mind seem set..i took an urgent leave from ns to pei her 1 whole day....send her to sch n fetch her back...
should i let her go on a "vocation"? or should i continue wooing her?
i kno tat if she go on a vocation....she will definately go out wif other guys...coz she said she wanted to meet more pple b4 deciding...
i really dunno whether she will be back to my side after the vocation...i really is...lost....
if u all dun understand wat i writing...its ok...i juz...wan to find a space to voice out...if u all understand wat i wrting....i hope there will be some gd advice...
how can i let go...when i really dun bear....

Hey! Cheer up pal! I sometimes too feel that i'm neglecting my gf.. which i'm afraid someday i'll end up breaking off with her. But busy i am, i'll still try to sweet talk and express my feelings for her.. and the response from her is always good.. Can see that u're afraid she'll go with some better guys and won't come back, which i personally think could happen.. try to save this relationship dude.. tell her what u really feel, dun be embarass.. maybe prepare something romantic for her?

i initiated the break up with him oso cos i feel like he doesn't care about me...but at least he respects my decision...
and if you loves a person, sometimes you need to learn to let go and let her find her own happiness...

Since she wanted it this way, let her go... She is right, you 2 broke off when you still love each other. Even if she doesn't com back to you, wouldn't it be good to perserve this beautiful memory rather than to hate it?
I know, it's hard to let go. But sometimes, certain circumstances are not meant for you decide. Good luck. -
perhaps u shld let her go on vacation as she asked from u. u risk losing her forever as a gf but if she was never going to be yours, it's pointless chasing her and in the process getting her annoyed with you. if u cannot salvage a failed r/s, why not just keep the friendship?

Hi Beckboy,
Since u still love her, give her a short vacation only. Dont let it become a long vacation or a permanent break-up. Otherwise u forever lose her. During this vacation time, let her know that u still love her and think about her. Then, hopefully she will come back to u loh. So u have to keep up the romance wooing process, but more slowly and more subtle. Dunno, maybe like call every few days or once a week, whatever, as u see fit. The idea is to let her know that u are still there for her waiting for her and still loving her. Hopefully she will be touched and return to u.
But u must be mentally prepared also lah, in case she finds another guy. If that happens, then just be good friends with her loh. Being good friends is also a form of love. -

Of cos....effort on ur side is impt. Make her feel u care for her. The rest of the things...just have to accept it...if she eventually choose another person. -
If you really dun wana lose her, spend more time, make more efforts and make her feel love again lor.
It doesn't mean that if one is tired, then no meet up mah. On a long run, it's not beneficial for the r/s.
But then..if this nv happen..would you still do the same? Not spending time with her?

she said i am porridge...eat too long le.....feel very plain...she wan to eat some oily de food...after eating oily de food.....she will still wan to eat porridge becoz....she say its healthy -
try to let go since her heart is no longer with you~ finish your NS is the most important thing now...im sure you can find someone else better than her in future~
