yeah cheers man... i feel depressed & troubled every so often that i'm contemplating doing a psychology course when i do my degree

u can also try readin some self-help books.. i dun know if it wld help u, but reading them seems to have a stablizing effect on me. There're plenty in the library. Take a day off frm ur troubles, immerse in the world of books & forget all ya troubles.. haha that sounds so nerdy rite

Alternatively, watch lots of nice movies, dramas... the black box has always been a gd anti-depressant for me
i dun offer any advices regarding how 2 solve ur probs... those leave for the experts, jus offering some laymen tips to make urself feel better. guess when u feel physically & emotionally, u can put things in perspective & solve ur probs better too.
