Just ignore her completely and totally cut off all communications if you want a clean break. Very soon, her act will get old and you'll get tired of it.
I know it sounds harsh and kinda mean but seriously in the end it will just result in further unhappiness for both parties -

U hv the choice, and there is no such thing as no choice.
Since u hv no choice, pls dun go n bother ur ex gf too. U will only hurt both ladies and yourself.
Another thing... think how many times have this happened? How much more times can you handle in 10yrs down the road?
If you can handle, then dun ask us. As u made ur own choice of being the prey.

There are pple who cut themselves for fun. Don't worry, they don't die.
I think it is a psychological problem.
Since u have already broken up with her, avoid her.
Don't answer her calls or meet up cos will give her false hope.
Inform her mum to keep an eye on her & bring her to Woodbridge if necessary.
My advice is to take a break from both girls.
Reflect on what u have done before starting afresh. -
You're so right here Gerry. And the best part is they find it addictive and use it to their so-called advantage in a relationship. I used to have an ex who did the same things too... More strategies like trying to spread words around and use the others around me to pressure me... But... If the relationship isn't there to stay, I really can't see the point of holding just for the sake of holding it...
Well.. At least she's still pretty strong as I've taught her out to be.... Even spreading things about me... But that's really beside the point... The point is sometimes you just can't go out for someone... Especially when you know it's not gonna be worth it....

Why settle for a long period of pain and sufferring when you can end it now?
I'm sure you agree with us that you can't see a future for the two of you, that's why you broke up with her.
Anyways, its been done, all the pain that you'll face will eventually fade away... just know that it could be much worse if you choose to drag.

Astrologically, she would likely to have heavy affliction of Mars to 5th/7th house or Venus. (Made worst if planets Uranus, Pluto and Neptune is involved heavily).
*** Much as you may deny or not realise, you are the one who is fueling the flames to your own plight. She knows you fear and utilize it to her advantage. And you mean 100++ break is still insufficient for you to discern that you MUST sever the bonds completely? Each time when you returned back to the relationship, you add to the intensity of the relationship and subconsciously increases her frenzy state of mind.
She already knew you will walk out. Her inferior complex and negativity promise/delude her mind that you will leave. Each time when you left and come back, it's like you have died and reincarnated.
Tormenting.
Spare the rod, spolit the child. If you just wanna keep using fear as an element to NOT do something practical, constructive and permanent, probably like a final talk plus departure AND cutting of all form of cords. This can drag for years and you can trust me on this:I personally know one similar break-patch-and-the-what-do-you-have nonsense that lasted more than ten years.
