15-20 tables of about 300-500 depending on situation - 10K. marriage and activities still exclude other hidden expenses e.g invitation cards, gifts, cakes gown and suit, ang pihs, ceremony offerings and expenses...although after the red packets from releatives and frens can take back a little....
get flat average 4 room up the 150,000 or more. down payment 15 to 20 percent (correct mi if i am wrong) up to 30k...exclude renovations and other hidden expenses....refurnishing and furnitures...plumbing etc.....
starting a family and marriage is not only a matter of 25k on your side...even if your gal can forge and even 25k as yourself...everything may just break even. but dun giv up hope......since u love her things will work itself out.
i tink u should discuss this wif her if money is a concern here....mayb partor a few more years and save up more meanwhile? take things one step at a time
