Maybe she's just stressed...
Driving lessons....hmmz...If her parents give her too much pressure into making sure she passes, or she pressurizes herself too much to get that pass, I dun see why one won't crackOriginally posted by browniebaobao:
yes voices..stressed? I won't rule that out but I dun see there's anything that great that will stress her out. She is not working nor studying now..but taking driving lessons.

Then again, is it her first time learning driving?
Thank you bear! Will do a research on that now.Originally posted by the Bear:sounds like a version of schizophrenia.. this can be treated... the thing is not to be afraid or ashamed to seek treatment from IMH...
do a quick search in google about schizophrenia to narrow the symptoms... add key words like "voices" to narrow the search even more...
but most of all, seek treatment from a professional.. it sounds like her doctor's a quack... get her to seek treatment from the correct professionals..
and quickly..
p.s. can be treated with medication...
Hmm....independence?Originally posted by browniebaobao:
Her first time. But her parents never force her to do anything. In fact, her parents support her in everything she does, if she is interested in learning anything, they will sponsor her also. Her parents even told her if she pass and wants to own a car, they can buy for her. But she rejected that offer.

better get ur fren to see a doctor in IMH or a psychiatrist...Originally posted by browniebaobao:
I have done a research on that. Well, I'm not sure whether she is really suffering from schizophrenia. She always tell me that she has trembling hands since age 16. She thought it's normal, because she was a premature baby, many organs not fully developed. And so she din seek treatment. She has a weak heart too, and low blood pressure. And as I read about schizophrenia, it says that it is a brain abnormality, and heart disease could also be the cause of it.

Hello...not to worry though, this is just a form of symptoms of anxiety. Hmm...it happens when a person is overly tired mentally. She may be eating well and regularly but she is not having enough sleep everyday.Originally posted by browniebaobao:I think I had read in AA before..some people getting the same symptoms...but AA has too many threads, hard to track back. So I hope that someone can help me here.
Last night my buddy told me that her depression is back, she kept hearing people shouting and banging on her door. She told me that this happened before but her doctor said she won't commit suicide yet. But this really makes me worried. She said as long as she tries to keep herself happy, this won't happen.
What is this about? Is it illusion? And how serious is this? Can anyone give advice?
