Confidence in a woman is extremely attractive. Get the impession that he's a bit of a cold fish. However, this is the 21st century, no one would raise an eyebrow should you initiate the first move although you may have a thousand butterflies in your stomach. You go girl, nothing undignified about making the first move.

y not...as long as u feel tat u r confident n easy with tat...maybe jus hav some sort of concern lik buying him a drink,etc..if u treat him better than other colleagues, i tink he would know sooner or later unless he's hard-hearted !!!
