And they don't replace u with an overseas guy just like that. If you prove that you can perform well, be a leader, motivate your team members and set an example they will be more then glad to pay u higher bonuses and probably give you promotion.. Yep..
My results were good but not good enuough to be a doctor. Even if they were I wouldn't even think of taking Doctor man.. Just not my cup of tea.
Actually not true... a 2As 2Bs person can get in where a 4As person cant.. surprisingly very few 4As pple get in... their criteria is to get someone with a more hands on approach instead of 4As pple who just reiterate knowledge only..
Yeah.. medicine is damn expensive..
Problem is when a company wishes to cut costs, they would start with pple like us... technical skills that can be replaced without loss of quality since there is an abundance of foreign talent asking for less.. then theres the mentality that foreign talents are much more qualified since they graduate from "prestigious" colleges...
