y would u wanna go ite? try ur best mah... if really cannot cope wif maths can ask ur teacher for help and btw
at o levels, pass maths quite easy, but scoring is high.. wanna get a1 usually 85 and above...
they will lower the pass marks most of the times..

very jialat one...my maths teacher practically gave up hope on me lor...during my sec4 prelims i failed again.
Then i kana called in by the principal...so after dat,im determined to pass my maths!juz a pass will do.So i pia realli hard lor and finally i managed a C5...although not that gd,but at least i noe i had tried and im proud of myself!
Im sure u could do it too, juz have more confident in urself,if u realli think u cun do it,then u cun...got it?its all in the mind...gd luck!

Don't worry.. as long as you try hard u can make it one! For me, I've been failing maths since sec 2, always E8. But O levels I get A2 leh! Miracles do happen.

start from taking your text book from sec 3 and 4 and a big excerise book. do 10 Question a day a CHAPTER!.2 chapter a DAY! ( recomand First 3 question, Middle section 4 Question 3 Last Section. and do liao find the answer for it.
1 text book around 20 chap right? ( been so long i touch secondary text book) ..20 days should be able to finish.
then around 1 months u should know all your fountation...then those 10 years series right? ... 1 week do 1 mock exam paper. do for 2 and a 1/2 months make sure before your prelim u complete this task after your founation.. if u still fail for your O level choose to retake your maths again .
math is important no matter in what course or school...
math not hard lah ... .. most quite dead questions taking away all those problemic questions... u still score well for it.
practise make prefect.
and just be careful and less careless
and work to do the paper in the given time.. skip unknown question and wrong also must write out the working for it...

well...last time my sec school...my maths kept getting E8 and F9
for my prelims...ALL my SUBJECTS except for english...i got F9 HAHAHAHAAAA ...
but for O lvl i passed but flung chinese and science...and managed to get into a poly...i'm from the normal stream and i stayed back for 1 yr when i'm sec3..so it means i TOOK 6 YEARS in sec school...
anyway...i studied everyday...mostly i concentrate on my maths....my math teacher is hardworking and gave us alot of worksheets (IT HELPS!) ask for more worksheets from teachers loh
luckily some teachers who knew i'm a retained student but never gave up hope on me...nd that factor INSPIRED me to go on all the way

but the thing is i FAIL my o level english at E8.. so what i got Math A2 Chinese B3
Science A2, Account B3 still end up repeating everything over again for O level. It is about u who want to excel well in your life anot..

maths is the best subject to score, cos' as long as you are willing to practice, you can do well. it's true, cos' i hated maths the most. really eeks. hate hate hate it. make me waste all my brain juice. my tests all do v badly one, but when exams is coming, i got no choice but to practice alot alot. when i say alot, i really spend more than 10hrs in one shot to do ALL the questions i planned to do till i finish them then i get off my seat..that was wat happened during my O levels, where i improved from B4 to an A1 for E maths and A2 for A maths. then during A levels more jialat, i hated maths to the core!!! cos' my classmates nv fail to get more than 95 marks.. v v stressed, and yes, i always fail my maths no matter how hard i try.. my prelims i got E. haha. well, then before my A levels exams ah, i practise more than 8 hrs a day. i study best at nite, so i will do maths from 11pm, and i will do year papers within the restricted time, and i will stop at 7+ 8am next day.. thats wat i did lah.. in the end, guess wat? i nv expected i can get an A for my maths in A levels..
enuff of it, it's just to encourage you, nv to give up on maths cos' it's one of the easiest to score as logn as you are willign to practice and practice.
do you need a tutor? i am willing to be your tutor!!cos' i am lookign for students too.. haha -
must aim high even though u r not doing well for ur maths...cuz if u say ur maths sux, den it'll prob sux...
i think maths is all about practice..yepz, so juz try to put some effort and practice, then sure can make it one! haha...although i hate maths too but got no choice lah...just have to strive tru these 2 years then i can leave maths behind forever...

half the battle is lost if you say yr maths sucks... you said it... and it's going to be tat if u dun tink otherwise...
first, id the problem... you dun understand how to do the stuff or are u juz careless... if u dunno how to do... then i guess you should start from the point where you felt lost... cos every year it piles onto the previous year's lessons... if you're juz careless then it's not such a big issue... juz make sure you check and recheck then can liao...
i got straight f9's for my sec 1 maths too... then slowly i realised tat almost everything in this world revolves around some math... so it made me ponder... i didn't know how to get started either... but i juz try doing my 10yr series... understanding how the problems are solved and then going back to the chapters even as far as back to sec 2 work... i neber had tution... and by then end of sec 4 i guess i kinda made it... i tot i would get A2... but too careless got a b3...
most impt, is not to give up on yrself... cos you are the only one who can determine if you want to be help and start helping yrself... you can do it... gd luck... -
