Is money a major factor in relationship?

Maslow hierchy of needs...
Food and shelter is right at the top.
Everything else is at the bottom.
When people tell me all they need is love, I alway laugh.
How to have love when everyday u worry about money and you worry about where u be staying or what food is on teh table tomorrow?
Love will only comes in if the basic neccisity is provided,
So money is important....and in Singapore.. it is very very important.
No money, no honey.

I emphatise with u. U can't expect a high salary without experience and qualification therefore both of u must face reality. Indeed, u can talk about love and devotion but u can't eat and live without money. Talk to her. U are very lucky your gf is willing to pay for u.
By right u should be paying your own share and not sponge on her all the time. I'm sure u have an allowance. Learn to manage it properly.
If u need extra cash, do some part-time/ tutoring. Don't give excuse u are studying. -

Bf - studying / family background poor
Gf - working / family background poor
Conculsion : Bf studying work parttime income, gf pay for food, transport for me, end up she like to compare to me the things she always do for me, she want in return i treat her that too. But from income cant help her to topup transport, food. She became angry. Im confused.
Money is important not only for this moment, it gets more important as your relationship progresses, money for marriage, for housing, for the kids education,...... So running away from it and blaming her at this point is not a solution. Time to sit down and think what you can do to help. Like what the others say, being a student is not an excuse. So if you are not prepared to shoulder this reponsibility, you should set her free. -
Not the #1 factor but veri impt issue that a couples must learn to tackle &
resolve specifically before marriage

which GAL will not love to have their guy pampering and providing for them ultimately
instead of the other way round......
