- Lunch: 2 sardine & tomato sauce sandwiches (from Ayam brand tomato sardines), 1 cup water
- Dinner: 1 plate rice, boiled vegies with shoyu, oyster sauce & sesame oil
Day 2:
- Breakfast: 2 hard-boiled eggs, 2 slices bread with peanut butter, 1 cup water
- Lunch: 2 sardine & tomato sauce sandwiches (don't waste the rest of the Ayam brand), 1 cup water
- Dinner: 1 bowl rice porridge with the rest of the sardines
Day 3:
- Breakfast: 2 fried eggs, 2 slices bread with Kraft cheese, 1 cup water
- Lunch: 2 tuna sandwiches (from Ayam brand tuna in brine), 1 cup water
- Dinner: 1 plate rice, stirfried vegies with tofu
Day 4:
- Breakfast: 2 poached eggs, 2 slices bread with strawberry jam, 1 cup water
- Lunch: 2 tuna sandwiches (don't waste the rest of the Ayam brand), 1 cup water
- Dinner: 1 bowl rice porridge with the rest of the tuna
Day 5:
- Breakfast: 2 soft-boiled eggs, 2 slices bread with butter, 1 cup water
- Lunch: 1 plate rice with 1 can luncheon meat, 1 cup water
- Dinner: 1 plate rice with 1 can stewed pork
Day 6:
- Breakfast: Plain porridge with 2 eggs, 1 cup water
- Lunch: 1 plate Maggi mee with 2 sardines in tomato sauce (from Ayam brand), 1 cup water
- Dinner: 1 bowl Maggi soup noodles with the rest of the sardines
Day 7:
- Breakfast: Plain porridge with 2 eggs, 1 cup water
- Lunch: 1 plate Maggi mee with 2 tuna in brine (from Ayam brand), 1 cup water
