"Smooching techniques" = Fruitful relationships?

What do girls think of their boyfriends who can't smooch for nuts not even a simple kiss on the cheek? Do you dump them just because lack this aspect in a relationship?
Suppose if your boyfriend really loves you a lot and he really sacrifices his time for you , always desires to make you happy , accepts you for what you really are including your flaws etc but it's just that he can't express his love for you in another way by getting physical , would you dump him because of that?
He lacks it not because he just can't do it but rather he just needs some time to "adjust" and also being his first time in a relationship as well....
I'm just kinda disturbed by the fact that girls dump their boyfriends because of this....
I hope the people around here could shed some light on this topic....

i dun tk gals wil dump their bf instantly becoz no intimacy but if time goes, it wil be v weird becoz it shows no differences to platonic frds. Some simple acts is gd for r/s, so perhaps giv urself a little more time

by right, gals wun really mind it, unless you ar emaking her feel insecure by the lack of affection. some girls need to feel loved through such acts... you just have to learn i guess...

Everything just happened so fast for me to adapt. I needed time yes , but not in a matter of days but rather in a matter of weeks I guess. My friend mentioned that it might in the genetics and I find true to a certain extent after finding out a little on my family background.
Of course I'm not like that when it comes to friendships because I get along with people easily and they find me kinda ammusing in sense.... -
She mentioned in her sms when she broke with me about something with regards to if I had more guts in being able to do this particular thing , she would find me more interesting.
