Suppose if your boyfriend really loves you a lot and he really sacrifices his time for you , always desires to make you happy , accepts you for what you really are including your flaws etc but it's just that he can't express his love for you in another way by getting physical , would you dump him because of that?
He lacks it not because he just can't do it but rather he just needs some time to "adjust" and also being his first time in a relationship as well....
I'm just kinda disturbed by the fact that girls dump their boyfriends because of this....

Your show your love her through your action. The primary way of demonstrating your affection is through bodily gesture like kissing and hugging. You take away those components, effectively, you present yourself as unloving, regardless of how much sacrifice you make for your partner (Especially so for Cancer, Scorpio, Pisces).
Having to adjust is ok, provided if your girlfriend understands from your point of view. It is likely that she didn't, thus this mis-communication that axe your relationship to death. She may be a woman that needs to feel affection from his man (not necessary sex).
Known woman who constantly ask their man if they loved them? Similar. It's to reinforced their stand and position, like kissing and hugging is to reinforced your stand of being loving.
