K maybe you can start with detoxing then. In the Morning instead of eating breakfast you can drink fruit juice, green apple with carrot is the best but any kind of fruits is ok except not mango, heaty mango.
1 hour before lunch eat an apple or pear. Its important that fruit has to be consume before meal as fruit digest fast, if after food, the vitamin in the fruits will be gone and it will decompose in your stomach while waiting for food to digest first, eee.
Lunch and dinner try to choose to eat lesser meat , cut down on meat, eat more vegetable!eat yong tau foo etc cause healthy and can choose more vege and the meat also not fattening. lesser rice~ consume fishes and vege is ok but meat is less and less.
Drink more water, 1 day 8 glasses.
After 9pm no food is allowed. late night supper should be cut off totally..
