It's not the yellow one... It's a boring brown, and a little bigger than the yellow ones. It's so damn loud you can hear it for several blocks.

And what are they going to do? Singapore is a green island, there are monkeys crossing the highways, monitor lizards at Buona Vista MRT (4ft long!!!!) and birds everywhere. I feel worse for the people who live in the HDB flats where several hundred budgies live in the trees. i hear them in the morning too... not too sure about in the evenings.... i'm so used to it now... before.. i was darn irritated by those stupid birds too...
but u sure havent heard more irritating scary ones... i was in aussie 2 years ago... wah liew.... it was so so quiet.... and i heard lots noises from the tree top... really sounded like monkeys laughing.... and somehow i think these birds are of the same family...

My estate is plague by large qtys of crows, pidgeons and mynahs and sparrows. A few bloody idiots constantly feed them and now nobody dares to walk in the outside for fear of "bombs".
