How to get over a past relationship...

Seriously i dnt think by getting into a new relationship to get over current heartache gonna work...
Kinda escapism to me.
And it' unfair to the other party, for me i wouldn't do that.
And the new r/l may not last neither.
I wouldn't get into a new r/l to heal my heartache and turn myself into escapism...

It's never easy to get over a past relationship, especially when there's so much that has been shared, & a bond built over time. When a relationship ends, especially if it ends abruptly, it's never easy to accept the fact & let go.
However, being single is a very fun time, if you make up your mind to enjoy every minute of it. By all means, have a good cry, sob your heart out. Just take care Not to let yourself sink into a depression which you have No way to claw your way out.
Grab a bunch of your girl friends, go shopping for new outfits, new accessories (1 of my favourites) & get a new hairstyle. Then hit the town & enjoy the attention that comes your way. Who knows? The right 1 may come along right then

Memories are there to tell u that u lived, scars are there to tell u that u survived. -

is it becos of u or him?
1) accept the fact he no longer loves you and you are no longer his gf.
2) learn to grow up..
3) crying helps but soon the tears must end and u must not let the tears be wasted as they are your sorrows that u have release.
4) be stronger! life goes on whether u are sad or unhappy do not waste time over something that cannot be change.
5) tell yourself is time to wake up from the dream for no one can help you except yourself. You must learn to control your own mind, and never ever let your emotions get the better of u.
6) u still got friends and family by your side. they never left and will be there for u. -

yup...memories are something u will nv forget. same plight as me, juz broke up with a gf of 4 yrs. Feel like something missing in life, see her pictures aso heartache...

My heart is still bleeding after 3 wks. sighx.
I do have frens...but mostly attached. And i feel as though im transparent le. sighx.
my heart still aches whenever i think of him(which i didnt want to but somehow he just appeared at hte back of my head).

If most of your frens are attached, then try to go out more and meet new people...
Most of all, give yourself time, stop counting how many days have been after you left him, after a while you will stop hurting and ready to love again -

But right now I am doing fine...like I said, give yourself time. Nobody expects you to recover so fast. I took a few months to recover from the shock and hurt that I suffered from what my ex did to me. But life has to go on...so just try to keep your mind occupied with other stuff. Go out, pamper yourself, try talking to people you trust or if there is none, then express yourself on paper.
Wish you all the best in life. Breaking up with someone might seem like the end of the world, but an ending also signifies a new beginning -
u juz need some1 to fill the void........dun think too much....no1 ain't nobody's oxygen.... be single for awhile...learn to be independent......go out wif ur jie meis.......shop n eat........having 2 grp of frens is always better.... 1 is ur squeeze's clique....the other is ur very own bitching clique...... for guys..it shld work tt way too.......in mathematical sense....
