YAY :mrgreenL If Hamster wasn't sick on Mon & yesterday, we would've gone already. But the poor thing had the Hamster flu
His eyes were swollen & his nose was so red, especially on Mon! He was alot better yesterday, fortunately.
Most likely we'll watch it tonight or tomorrow

Yah yah yah, that Thai kickboxing thing We were commenting on how gongfu movies such as Hero & House of Flying Daggers are so "beautiful" & "artsy fartsy" nowadays. The storylines are great but... there could've been more fighting

In the new movie, there is elements of other forms of martial arts such as capoeira and Chinese martial arts.
Tony Jaa's moves in the movie remind me of Japanese and Chinese martial arts which includes aikido and joint attack (cant rem the name of the martial art)... -

On a serious note, thanks for the reminder. I'd better check the theatre we frequent whether there're anymore tickets. It's our favourite hidey-hole because it ain't too crowded Most times, we have the whole theatre to ourselves

Smudgey & Pink Jie are nice & gentle girls. I'm kinda guy-ish that way, I suppose Since I'm Daddy's Little Girl, I used to watch gongfu movies with him since I was a little girl It became 1 of my lifelong passions, the more violent, the better
But I don't really like the Hollywood kinda fight shows, apart from the Matrix. It's just so weird to see haole people using our Asian movies. Nothing racist intended, it just feels weird to watch
