erm so it's like this.
i feel incapable and i feel like melting whenever she's nearby.
it's weird cos i've never felt this way with other girls.
i think i need to impress. i never thought of that before because all the previous girlfriends came to me without me even noticing them.. -

Just be casual and find as much chance to talk to her as possible, just dont make a jerk out of yourself during the outing. If the situation allows, send her home end of the day. If you wanna ask her to be your gf that day, the time when sending her home is best time to ask...

you say i make it sound so simple....but please look at the amount of details you've given us in the first place.... at least NOW you tell us.........
i'm not saying it'll work, it was just a suggestion.
If so many guys had confessed to her before, she must be pretty attractive...... then i say slowly work your way up lor, normal friend->good friend->close friend->boyfriend
you'll definitely need to get to know more about her and allow her to understand you more in order for her to feel for you..
that means its gonna take sometime.... so if she already have someone she likes.... good luck -

u know y u feel that way? ok.. as u've mentioned that u have some failed relationships and also suffered some rejections before. this might have sowed a certain impact in the areas of ur self-image and confidence. u might not notice it, but this little seed inside u will grow and u will one day lose that confidence if u dun deal with it immediately.
start gathering up ur courage. be a man. work on ur confidence. toughen up urself. (i dunno how r u gonna do it, but do it ur way that suits u best).
next step is, get to know her better as a friend first. be a gentleman. relationship takes time to build. even friendships. dun get too serious with ur feelings now. now is the time to bring ur head into coordination with ur heart. most important thing now is dun let emotions get the better of u, or else u'll appear like a wuss in front of her. -
