  mostly u plan for a date or naturally get into a date? anyone is genuine about himself when he/she was on a date or faking to be a better person for good impression .

  don anyhw how ask for dates if the gal don feel comfortable with u .. start off with a decent chat online .. try to hit her on the soft spot .. make her comfortable chatting with u .. u can tell if she is willing to relate her daily stuffs to u .. or see if she run outs of topics with u .. after u pass this stage.. then talk about dates .. even if u manage to get her out .. don u think the date will be awkward as u probably the one making the conversation all the time ??
