yup, this I agrees, every relationship hav its ups and downs, juz tt ups are more and kept it going, no pt hanging to a relationship if u encounter more downs loh, agreed?Originally posted by p|gGyPeN:^TzM 53^: i read ur last msg tt's y i said, "even if her husband not a jerk ..."
regarding wat u said, i believe that alot of others can't take it, so u'r not an exception.
Moreover, i believe that she wasn't lying ALL the while coz she loves him. Love hurts(to a certain extent), even when a couple is happily together. Its juz that the happy parts seem to overcome the sad ones more, which is y they seem more positive than negative abt the whole thing.

I think we're reading into her too much. The colleague must have thought this over a lot of times. Maybe she likes him or maybe love the new husband a lot but is no longer sure if she can love another man anymore. So it's easier to say that she doesn't have feelings instead of you know... I'm in love all over again. Still got hope.Originally posted by p|gGyPeN:i guess apple pie has answered ur qn. however, even if the husband isn't like such a jerk, i would still say tt it isn't up to any1 to decide 'y must she lie to some1 who cares and loves her.' afterall, the issue abt fairness is somewat comparable to equality. it's never absolutely fair or equal, in terms of intangible stuffs. Moreover, when she lies to herself, it doesn't mean that he's the onli one who's gonna feel the pain and sadness. She also had to sacrifice her love and bear the pain, agony and all.
