It is a state of mind.
By recognising your incapability could be a good sign, if you plan to improve and strengthen your own weakness.
By acknowledging it and agreeing with your flaws as a channel/topic/conversation merely for ranting... is to strengthen your weakness of incapability until you decide to reverse your route and does something concrete about it.
Your self awareness program has made some self discovery, although knowing is one thing, doing is another. Chances are, this is already a known quality to you over the years, just that you didn't really spare much thought into them.
You create your own goal and work towards them. You don't get negative over the 'hard work' and decide not to have any goals. You have your own interests and everything else; by telling yourself you are not good at this... or that... it is to disarm yourself with goals because you see the hard work as difficulty and not the 'essential' nor 'motivational challenge'.
When I was much younger, I wasn't exactly good in my studies because I term them as general knowledge, not as an interest. Do I fringin` need to know the platonic plate movements to earn my first million? In fact, I gotten an F9/E8 for all my sciences from sec 3 - 4 until 'O' level (where I got a B3) and how I did it was simply copy and paste and not because I understand them, but simply because it was in Ten Years Series. Ask me about Chemistry and I still know nothing. But I had to learn all those 'general knowledge' because it allows me to achieve my next PLANNED level when I had achieve the sufficient grades in O level.
From that level, you planned the NEXT level and repeat the process over and over again.
The last thing you want to do is to rant and not do anything. I thought that the stuff taught in secondary school was pretty useless. The important thingy to me is the friends I made there, the fun and all the social connection. The friends you make are in fact your first contacts when you enter the working society. They may help you achieve that 'one million' and not because you did memorised the periodic table.
Do something. If you are confused... make effort to see the light and do what is necessary. Remember, you don't have to walk the way everyone else did in Singapore just as long as you see your own vision. It is YOUR life - don't leave it to circumstances to run for you.
