Its a bit strange though.....the party which activates the premature termination is the one who usually bears the penalty. How come in your case, you have to pay them even if they terminate your contract?
In that case they can take advantage of you. Employ you for 3 months, then fire you. Then you have to give them back the 3 months salary. ie. they just got 3 months free labour from you!
I guess the financially sensible thing to do is just to hang on till the end of the contract. Yeah, but I understand that sometimes it gets too hard and we have to exchange money for happiness.
