My nightmares come in all forms... Sometimes I dream that I am getting chased and killed, or failing my exams, or getting rejected, or something bad happened to my frens or loved ones...
Some nightmares are memorable though, the one I had last night I was walking alone in a heavy thunderstorm, the thunder was very loud but somehow the view was eerie yet thought-provoking in a way.

try one where you know u are sleeping but u know something terrible is coming to get you...
so you try as hard as you can to wake up....
you can't
then you wake up..... and u realised... no you are not awake,.. you are still sleeping!!!
and this go on over and over and over.... -

yeah, for me I just forcefully open my eyes and assume a sitting stoning position for a couple of minutes. Then fall back down to my pillow and the dream resets to anotherOriginally posted by smudgey:it's so mentally exhausting!!!
