Have i been missed by anyone?
Chinese New Year just round the corner.....
so excited!!
Plenty of Bak kua, pineapple tarts and shrimp rolls to dig into soon....
Think i am going to put on a lot a lot of weight......

for business during the CNY eve, 1st or 2nd day?
My gf from melbourne came back and wanted to go dancing
during one of these nights .... just wandering whether anyone has
a clue to that or not? -

U sir, is so barbaric.
U have to cook the rat/mouse/rodent before u eat it.
Tastes good with stew/porridge/hot plate, and goes very well with some potatoes. For added spicy-ness, u can make it into rat curry, goes pretty well with mutton.
For adventurous individuals who likes outdoor camping and the like, u can opt to BBQ the rat, together with BBQ sauce and black pepper seasoning.... the aroma is just..... ravishing.
Remember pple, u'll need to dis-gut the rat before cooking it. The legs needs to be chopped off and the fur needs to be shaved.
