The horoscope you people know (the tech term is called Sun Sign), says only a small part of the picture. Read them for interest, but don't throw everything inside. And disregard those astro-corner thingy you find in magazine, newspaper, etc - these are pure crap.
Without Natal Chart, it is impossible to forecast a person's upcoming trend or even complete personality.

if you just read the sun sign reading, you won't get a very accurate reading. 2 things.
First, approach your girlfriends.
It's impossible to comment on your looks if we can't see you. It's also impossible to know why your guy friends make such comments if we can't hear their tone of voice or be in the situation.
If you're insecure about your looks, approach your good GIRLFRIENDS and ask them for their opinions. Maybe they can give you some tips about your looks, observations on the way you behave among your mutual guy friends, or tell you something they heard that someone said etcetc.
I can't imagine why you bother approaching guys for this kind of questions. Only close guy friends will give you honest answers , and if they're nice people they might tell white lies so as not to hurt your feelings. The rest could just be jokers; they won't take you seriously cos they're afraid you may misunderstand them or think that they're interested in you or wadever.
So, approach the right people for your questions.
And.... 2. To increase your chances of finding a bf, broaden your circle of friends and know more people.
