how to grow taller?

sorry if this have been asked. but im lazy to go thru dunno how mani thousand pages of history..
well. im 15 dis yr. turnin 16 in april, and im only 160. (to be exact sch measure mi 159, but when i measure in clinic im 162), ok, just put it 160 as an estimate.
pple console mi by tellin mi if i each yr grow 2 cm, and if i grow till 18 or 19, i will be at least 170. which is nt dat short. but what if i stop growing?
dun tell mi pple will consistantly grow till a certain age cox there wun be short pple around.
basically my dad is short, my mum is short, grandma is above average (175+), and my uncles r all above 170. i dunno if there is a gene problem.
but even if there is, i heard swimmin and skipping can help one grow taller? ive tried drinking milk religiously but to no avail...
will sleeping early help? i settle down at 10:30 everyday and get to sleep around 11? i heard there is a fixed time where pple's body will naturally grow..
im not realli small sized, just look normal except my legs r short. that is probably where that 5cm im short from my average classmates.
my weight is 54 btw.
is it very strange that a guy is only 160+ tall even when his adult. nowadayd i even see 180+++ people in my school. and many of them. feel so deprived.. -
i can feel your sadness cause i'm 165 and not v tall, i really worry abt my height as i would compare heights with others everywhere i go. Almost all the guys in my ITE is ard 175 adn above and i am freaking short. Sometimes even the gals are taller. IF it's genetic prob then i think no matter wat u done it's worthless. BUt anyway trying is better then jus sit oen side and wait for miracles. i am 176cm.... but 52kg.

no point worrying so much... actuali there are many guys who's not taller than 1.65m around... most impt is to have self confidence...
anyway i think playing basketball helps though... so thus skipping...
about genes, there's nothing u can do since it's all fated to b like tat... -
Basketball does not help proven by me or maybe I should had been shorter if I never play bball XD

They say chicken contain growth hormones... You might want to try that.

eh... I dont think eating chicken really helps coz I am also 165cm tall... since I dislike eating seafood, my diet of meat is usually either pork , beef or chicken.. but I prefer chicken more... of course got include veggies in my diet la.. but my height still at 165cm leh.. I got excercise regularly and drink milk too.. but still the same...

even though i'm a girl, i used 2 get so gancheong abt dis height thing cos strangely my younger sis grow taller than me! so much taller.
n everybody say i short my whole life.
but hu cares lah.
at least 4 u, u're a guy, u seriously have LONG way more 2 grow.
u noe, girls, on ave, stop growin at 17. guys can grow till 22.
dun worry abt height. at least 4 sum1 like me, i dun look at ppl based on height.. cos i'm short too!
u prob say cos i'm a girl it's not so bad, but really, the guys in JAPAN.. don't think jus because there's takeshi kaneshiro means japanese guys all v. tall. they are generally DAMN short n SMALL. like HYDE is so handsome he is only my height i think..
in time 2 cum u will realise height doesn't matter.......
plus, u're onli 15... u'll shoot up v. fast later.. dun worry =)

for asians yes... i think height is almost all in the genes
sg males average height is abt 168 -170 cm, like mine. and females slightly less maybe 166 abt there.
also does anyone seem to notice the trend nowadays is the youngsters are getting shorter compared to their seniors equivilant. in general, i think the average height of singaporeans is dropping. -
No lei............seems dat the height of sporeans are getting taller. I'm shorter than most guys and there quite a number of gals taller than me. More and more gals are taller

tall is better, but it's even more attractive if u short n sumhow still v. appealing.
