Can someone give me a good body plan on how to exercise? Keep in mind that I dun have time to go running cos when I come back from school I eat lunch and then cannot exercise liao. Then i do homework until very late then eat dinner...then cannot work out again...then i sleep.
I would like advice from a guy who was once like me then he lose weight and become shuai.
I fear for my social life.

nah. to burn fat you have to do cardio. run/jog/swim intensively for >20 mins regularly, and cut down on fried/oily food, and try to have an earlier dinner and don't eat after 7pm if possible. once you have slimmed down, resistance training such as crunches would be of use to tone up...yep =)Originally posted by gr2012:Thank you for all the comments and advice guys!
