Can someone give me a good body plan on how to exercise? Keep in mind that I dun have time to go running cos when I come back from school I eat lunch and then cannot exercise liao. Then i do homework until very late then eat dinner...then cannot work out again...then i sleep.
I would like advice from a guy who was once like me then he lose weight and become shuai.
I fear for my social life.

It's really a waste... Jogging & running are really the better and healthier methods to lose your weigh... To make them more effective, you might like to wear very thick clothings while you carry out them... BUT do ensure that you drink enough and plenty of water before that kinda exercise and STOP immediately if you're feeling giddy or you feel the heat is too much and burning up your head totally.
If you can, put up an exercise which you enjoy and like.. And which can burn up reasonable amount of fats... I understand how one can be truly occupied with school work.. But there're no excuses for keeping yourself healthy.. Besides.. You're still young and still have a long way to go with your own body... Do some time management and invest the appropriate amount of time for it.... Another suggestion would be to take up an ECA sports of your interest and let your peers do some motivation and 'pushing' for you on a fixed routine basis....
