  Write him a card. No need to be all mushy. Just be appreciative of what he has done for you.
  Guys don't care much for gifts unless you're giving a PSP or a laptop.
  Just like how girls bottom-line just want to be loved and cared for, guys want to be appreciated too.
  but no need to make such a big hoo-ha over v-day. the real surprise is when you get something for him on a spur of the moment, just to say you were thinking of him when you got it. and you didn't need a special day to remind you.
