  hmm....some people are born shy n not so outgoing like me for example.
  i was like you last time after my O level...
  i know going into service line at that time confirm is like jumping into the deep sea so i took up temporary operator job in factories instead.
  you may want to start off working in a factory instead, can build up your confidence from there.

  how old r you... times r still bad, not as good as some pple painting it to b. just a failure. take it in ur stride. try harder next time. u must smile more, make pple feel comfortable with you. air stewardess r not selected becos they r pretty. rather becos they hv been tested and found to b pple whom r willing to serve others. otherwise you will neber stand a chance.

  u can prepare urself b4 making the call. anticipate wat kind of questions the phone answerer might ask. think & write down how u gonna answer so tat u can impress urself. if u sound scared or nervous or unsure of urself, u will lose marks. they dun wan someone who is unconfident to face the customers. it wun do good to their reputation.
  
  lastly, making the call already doesnt guarantee u a job. try elsewhere..
